  • Compliance Monitoring – Identifying financial risks but NOT offering tax or legal advice.

We do not provide tax, legal, or investment advice.

3.Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete financial data for bookkeeping and analysis.

  • Clients remain responsible for tax obligations, compliance, and final financial decisions.

  • Any delays or errors due to incomplete or incorrect data are the client’s responsibility.

4.Payment Terms ( If Applicable)

  • Fees are agreed upon before engagement.

  • Payments must be made as per the invoice terms. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5.Limitation of Liability

  • Levers Financial Management provides financial organization and insights but does not guarantee tax compliance or business outcomes.

  • We are not liable for any penalties, fines, or financial losses resulting from client decisions, missing documentation, or delayed reporting.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.

6.Intellectual Property

  • Reports, insights, and methodologies remain the property of Levers unless otherwise agreed.

  • Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our materials without permission.

7.Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • Client financial data is treated as strictly confidential.

  • We do not share or sell client information.

  • Refer to our Privacy Policy for data handling details.

8.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved under Australian jurisdiction.

9.Changed to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
